On the occasion of Art Paris 2026, Almine Rech is pleased to present a group exhibition featuring works by the gallery’s represented artists and estates.
The artists include Joël Andrianomearisoa, Oliver Beer, John Giorno, Joseph Kosuth, Christopher Le Brun, Heinz Mack, Serge Poliakoff, Kim Tschang-Yeul, Johan Creten, Minjung Kim, Brian Calvin, Sasha Ferré, Angela Heisch, Gregor Hildebrandt, Jean Miotte, Jean Dewasne, Thu-Van Tran, Francesco Vezzoli, Inès Longevial, and Paul de Flers.
Joël Andrianomearisoa's sculpture SANS FIN LE SILENCE DANS LA LUEUR UN SOLEIL ABSENT, 2025 has been selected by Loïc le Gall, director of Passerelle Centre d’Art Contemporain in Brest since 2019, art historian and exhibition curator, for the themed visit 'Babel – Art and Language in France'. It brings together 20 artists selected from the participating galleries and whose work explores the richness and, at times, the enigmas of systems of signs and linguistic structures in French contemporary art. For the third edition of the 'BNP Paribas Banque Privée Prize, A Focus on the French Scene', rewarding a living artist active in France, the winner will be selected among the artists exhibiting in 'Babel: Art and Language in France' curated by Loïc le Gall.
Oliver Beer's Resonance Painting (Swim Until You Can't See Land), 2026 is among the artworks selected for the themed visit 'La Réparation,' curated by Alexia Fabre, executive director of the Centre Pompidou Francilien in Massy, France. By making connections between the past, present and future, reparation evokes notions such as care, kindness and time spent preserving objects, ideas, people and stories.
