On the occasion of the first edition of Ceramic Brussels, Almine Rech is pleased to present an intergenerational group show featuring artworks by the gallery’s artists. The selection comprises a diverse range of sociocultural backgrounds, embodying their shared ability to challenge conventional artistic dialogues through the use of ceramics.
The artists include Seyni Awa Camara, Miquel Barceló, Jean-Baptiste Bernadet, Brian Calvin, Johan Creten, and Thu Van Tran.
For the inaugural edition of Ceramic Brussels, the Belgian artist Johan Creten has been appointed as guest of honor, having contributed to the curation of the fair's exhibition program.
