In January 2026, the H+ Art Museum, designed by internationally renowned architect Tadao Ando, opened in Suzhou’s Gusu District, marking its official inauguration with a major opening exhibition. As one of Ando’s key museum projects in China exploring the relationship between nature and architecture, the museum embodies his concept of a "three-dimensional garden with a circulatory, wandering experience," a design philosophy that resonates deeply with the cultural spirit of classical Jiangnan gardens.
Coinciding with the museum’s opening, H+ Art Museum presents its inaugural exhibition, Roaming the Cosmos of the Heart–Infinite, co-curated by distinguished curator Zhang Zikang and H+ Art Museum. The exhibition brings together 36 works (and groups of works) by 34 important artists from China and abroad.
